Natalya Frolova Jewelry artist
Per aspera ad astra.
The story
About the artist
Natalya Frolova is a South Florida–based jewelry artist. Born in Kazakhstan, she lived in Canada for twenty years before moving to Florida. Her cross-cultural perspective and family tradition of artistic practice through her father and grandfather shape her work.
She began making jewelry as a self-taught artist in 2010. In 2024, she completed the ASJ Certified Jewelry Designer program at the American School of Jewelry. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, which informs her exploration of symbolism, identity, and human connection.
Natalya individually designs and handcrafts one-of-a-kind pieces using sterling silver, natural gemstones, pearls, and mixed metals. Her practice encompasses hand fabrication and lost-wax casting, melting and rolling silver, texturing, and incorporating impressions of natural forms.
In 2026, she created a sculptural jewelry collection for DrevelmaN Couture’s closing runway presentation at the inaugural Sunny Isles Beach Fashion Week. Presented alongside jewelry by Majorica, her contribution was noted in coverage by Gossip Stone and Fashion Week Online.
Her Odyssey collection explores journey, identity, and homecoming through contemporary jewelry inspired by Greek mythology. Her work is currently available through the WMODA museum store in Hollywood, Florida.
